CARING COMMUNITIES
Our Mission: For children to have strong families and communities where parents are healthy and working, and where children are succeeding in school, growing up healthy and safe, and prepared to enter productive adulthood.
Caring Communities is one of 21 state-funded partnerships designed to leverage dollars at the local level while facilitating strategies that effectively support families and children and build safe, strong neighborhoods.
To do this we focus on the following six core results:
