EMPLOYMENT INITIATIVES

Get Hooked Up: Opportunities for neighbors to get registered on the Missouri Career Center's Great Hires system at a neighborhood school. Great Hires is an extensive online search tool and database through which residents can both post their information for employers and view available employment opportunities.

Employment Workshops: Skill-building workshops designed to improve employment related skills. Workshop topics include the importance of first impressions, how to improve their interviewing skills, and how to deal with workplace conflict.

Monday Motivators: A ten-week support group for stay at home parents and grandparents who might be thinking about going back to work.
