Neighborhood Resource Center: Located at 1475 N. Benton, the Neighborhood Resource Center is open to all Springfield neighborhoods. The Center offers neighborhoods assistance with developing communication materials, provides information on educational and community resources, and includes a tool lending library and computers with internet access. The Neighborhood Resource Center and its services are made possible through the donation of space by the Midtown Neighborhood Association.

Neighborhood Roundtable: This initiative was developed by Caring Communities and the Urban Neighborhoods Alliance to bring Springfield neighborhoods together to engage, educate and inform neighborhood residents about ways to make their community a better & safer place to live, work and play. The Neighborhood Roundtable Steering Committee plans and organizes each quarterly event, which focuses on current areas of interest for residents. Neighborhood Clean-ups: We act as the sponsoring agency for neighborhoods that want to apply for City funds for a neighborhood clean-up and assist those neighborhoods with organizing the event, recruiting and training volunteers, and data collection.

Neighborhood Watch: Working in partnership with the Springfield Police Department's Crime Prevention Officer, we host block parties and organizational meetings to help establish neighborhood watch programs.

Neighborhood Night Out: An annual event sponsored in August by Caring Communities, neighborhood associations, the Springfield Police Department and neighborhood schools and churches. Focused on safety and crime prevention, Neighborhood Night Out gives neighbors a chance to meet in the park and get to know each other.

Pride in Paint Up: Provides volunteers and supplies to paint homes for elderly, disabled and/or low income homeowners. Interested residents must complete an application form and agree to either assist with the work or donate time for other neighborhood projects. Pride in Paint Up is a collaboration between Caring Communities and the Urban Neighborhoods Alliance.
