Community Partnership of the Ozarks and the City of Springfield unveiled a new affordable housing locator to the public Thursday.  The website, TheAffordableHousingCenter.org is part of the Springfield Affordable Housing Center’s efforts to remove barriers for citizens seeking safe, decent and affordable housing.   The website gives citizens FREE 24/7 access to real-time available properties in Greene, Christian, and Webster Counties.  Currently, there are more than 2,900 rental units in the database with an average…
