How to Buy a Home & How to Keep a Home

The first week we will hear about what the process looks like when you are buying a home. Experts will include a real estate agent, a mortgage broker, an insurance agent, and a home inspector.

During the second week we will discuss once you have your home, how do you keep it? This week will help participants understand how to budget for unexpected homeownership expenses, how to maintain & improve a home cost effectively, & how to avoid falling into foreclosure.

This two week track will help families understand which factors determine the amount of insurance they need on a vehicle, enable them to read and understand their policy, give them tools to talk with Insurance Agents to negotiate the best rate, and show them how to comparatively shop for insurance.

Use Credit Cards Wisely

This FREE class will teach you how to use credit cards as a tool to attain your financial goals rather than hinder you. You will learn how to choose the best credit card for your needs, read credit card statements, use credit cards wisely and interact with credit card companies to ensure you are getting the most out of their service.

Make the Most of Your Credit Report
