Those who serve senior citizens 60 years of age and older can apply for grants through the Greene County Senior Citizen’s Service Fund, whose goal is to provide programs or add support to existing programs which improve the quality of life of persons 60 years of age or older. OTO is the federally designated regional transportation planning organization that serves as a forum for cooperative transportation decision-making by state and local governments, and regional transportation and planning agencies.
