One Stop Service Site for the Homeless!

Hope Connection is a one day, one-stop-shop to deliver real services to people experiencing real homelessness in our community. This is a shift from simply managing homelessness to ending homelessness. Our goal is to provide access to services such as the following:
- medical/dental/vision care
- mental health and substance abuse treatment
- legal support
- housing
- employment
- basic needs (food/clothing)
- legal documentation, and more
One of our goals is to connect every homeless individual with a volunteer who will guide them through the on-site service area. However, numerous other volunteer opportunities are also available, including food service, set up, tear down, entertainment area, and Kids Zone.
In one day, homeless individuals can access services that could otherwise take up to eight months!
