Community Partners Step Up to Continue Kindergarten Camp
Springfield’s banking community along with several private donors stepped up to continue Community Partnership of the Ozarks’ Kindergarten Camp when the program was in jeopardy due to a lack of funding.  Kindergarten Camp was previously funded through federal and community grants which expired this year. CPO Hands Out Thousands of "Wish Bears" at Springfield Christmas Parade
The theme of the 2012 Springfield Christmas Parade was "A Christmas Wish for Every Child."  So, Community Partnership teamed up with Convoy of Hope to make those wishes come true.  With wagons in tow, Community Partnership employees and volunteers distributed more than 3,000 small "Wish Bears" to children along the parade route.  It is our hope that every child's wish matters, and that the services we provide continue to meet their needs.
