Provides information on the Developmental Asset model and how YOU can help youth succeed in life.
FAST (Families And Schools Together) / Janet Dankert, ext. 214
An 8-week training for families to enhance family communication and family support, promote one-on-one quality time, and includes a substance abuse component.
Strengthening Families / Sylvia Persky, ext. 215
A 7-session training for parents and youth (ages 10-14) designed to help reduce substance use and behavior problems during adolescence.
Guiding Good Choices / Sylvia Persky, ext. 215
A 5-session program that teaches parents of children 9-14 years old how to set clear expectations and consequences, with the ultimate goal of helping reduce the risk that their children will develop drug problems.
Caring Communities Initiative / Janet Dankert, ext. 214
Is one of 21 state-funded partnerships designed to leverage dollars at the local level while facilitating strategies that effectively support families and children and build safe, strong neighborhoods.
