Landlord Training

The City of Springfield and Community Partnership collaborate to offer a Landlord Training each year. This training is designed for landlords and property managers of single family homes, duplexes and triplexes in order to create safer neighborhoods, improve the working relationship with the Springfield Police Department, and facilitate better business success for landlords.

The 2016 Landlord Training will take place on Saturday, April 9 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church: 601 East Walnut Street. Early registration is $35 and includes training, reference manual, light breakfast and lunch.  Registrations received after Friday April 1 or at the door will be $40. Cash or Checks ONLY if Paying at Door.  Credit Cards will not be accepted.
